Refund policy

Refunds & Returns

All products within this shop are custom printed. If there is an issue with your order, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Orders are refundable when:

  1. Our manufacturer is unable to produce part or all of your order due to a limitation of our manufacturing equipment.
  2. You request a change or cancellation to the order and the order has not started production.

All clothing items on orders placed after March 1st, 2023 are eligible for return for any reason with free shipping. 

  1. Within 7 calendar days of receipt of your item, email support@kpbcreativeservices.com for a return authorization number and return shipping address. Please include your name, order number, and phone number in the email.
  2. Within 7 calendar days of receiving the return authorization number and shipping label, package and ship the clothing item.
  3. Once the item has been received by Art Wear by KPB (KPB Creative Services LLC) in good condition, we will issue an online store credit (to the email address on the original order) for the same amount you paid for the original item (less shipping).

Accessories & Gift items (e.g. latte mugs, yoga mats, tumblers, scarves, makeup bags, pencil cases, etc.) are not returnable. However, they are eligible for replacement if defects or print flaws exist. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of product to let us know of the defect.

  1. Take a few good quality pictures that clearly illustrate the problem.
  2. Email us at support@kpbcreativeservices.com with the pictures attached.
  3. In the subject title, please include the order number so we can easily look up your information and order.
  4. We will confirm we received your email and will attempt to be back in touch in 48 hours regarding a replacement.

We may ask you for more information or pictures if the submitted photos are not clear enough. We take quality matters very seriously and sometimes it can take a bit longer to review a problem if it is more complicated. We will work with you to find a solution that is appropriate to your specific issue.
