KPB Creative Services, LLC, also doing business as Kim P. Bartholomew ("Kim P. Bartholomew" and Art Wear by KPB ("Art Wear by KPB") values its customers and respects their privacy.

By using the www.artwearbykpb.com website, and making online purchases of products, you agree to the terms and conditions of Art Wear by KPB’s Policies. What do we do with you information?

When you purchase something from our store or create an account with us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You can opt in or out of email marketing in your account or at the bottom of the email by clicking “unsubscribe”. Art Wear by KPB may use your personal information to:

1. Process your order and to answer questions about the status of your order.
2. Send you or your customers (via our drop shipping service) products that you have ordered.
3. Maintain contact with you and provide you with ongoing personalized service.
4. Communicate with you (via e-mail, post or otherwise) and provide you with promotional materials and additional information regarding our products, services, surveys, contests, promotions and special offers.
5. Help us learn more about your usage of our website.
6. Conduct marketing and performance research, to assist us in measuring our customer service, improve our customer experiences and product offerings.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers. 3rd party services we work with include but are not limited to Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Art of Where, Shopify, Art Storefronts, Stripe, PayPal, and Facebook. When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you enter a credit card number into a text box on our website, the information is sent over an encrypted connection using secure socket layer technology (SSL) . We work with 3 payment processors; Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments. These services have their own security in place. Your payment information is never stored anywhere on Art Wear by KPB. When you save a credit card for automatic payments, we save a token provided by our payment processors instead of the actual payment information. That token allows for repeated transactions while keeping confidential the payment information. We encrypt all connections when possible with 3rd parties using the HTTPS protocol, including connection with integrated ecommerce platforms.

Cookies

Cookies are used to keep track of current sessions, detect if you are first time visitor, and to keep you logged in.. Third-party services that we integrate with including Facebook, Google, Stripe, PayPal and others may use cookies. You can find out more about these on their respective websites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
